RainEscape™ is the premier patented deck drainage system that creates a 100% dry storage or livable space beneath a deck with a 20 year warranty. RainEscape™ is easily installed in a matter of couple hours on TOP of the joists allowing any custom ceiling material to finish the underside of the deck, and addition of cans lights, ceiling fans, speakers, etc. since no water ever enters the deck structure. RainEscape™ collects all the water off your deck, and can be tied to all the downspouts off the roof of a home or business. Each 1” of rain over a 1,000 sq ft area collects 650 gallons! For example, a 1,500 sq. ft home and a 300 sq ft deck will collect almost 1,200 gallons of water each time it rains 1". Rainwater can be stored in variable sized storage above or below ground from 250 gallons to 50,000 gallons. Our tanks come complete with all pumps, water levels, and connections for a turn-key installation. Systems can maintain 50 p.s.i. @ 20 gallons per minute out of a 1.25" PVC pipe. Additional equipment can easily be added to make water ultra purified for drinking water.
