RainEscape™ is the premier patented deck drainage system that creates a 100% dry storage or livable space beneath a deck with a 20 year warranty. RainEscape™ is easily installed in a couple hours on TOP of the joists allowing any custom ceiling material to finish the underside of the deck. Add cans lights, ceiling fans, speakers, etc. since no water ever enters the deck structure. RainEscape’s™ Cedar Color blends with surrounding architecture should the ceiling not be custom finished underneath the deck.
RainEscape™ is a 20 mil patented polymer system with UV inhibitors to withstand 20 years of sunlight and comes with a 20 year full replacement warranty. RainEscape™ is installed on TOP of your deck's joist structure, just Prior to installing any type of decking. RainEscape™can also withstand hurricane force winds since it is held in place by the strength of the decking above it. RainEscape™ collects all the water off your deck, and can be tied to the downspouts off the roof of a home or business.
Each 1” of rain over a 1,000 sq ft area collects 625 gallons! For example, a 1,500 sq. ft home and a 300 sq ft deck will collect almost 1,200 gallons of water each time it rains 1". Rainwater can be stored in variable sized storage above or below ground from 250 gallons to 50,000 gallons. Our tanks come complete with all pumps, water levels, and connections for a turn-key installation. Systems can maintain 50-70 p.s.i. @ 20-30 gallons per minute out of a 1.25" PVC pipe. Additional equipment can easily be added to make water ultra purified for drinking water.
