WRAL-TV Concept Home-Raleigh, NC
Every two years WRAL-TV (5) hosts a Concept Home for charity. This year's charity is Wake Medical Center's Children Services. Tour the 7,651 sq. ft. home valued at $1.55 million along with several other homes in the Rose Hall Subdivision in Raleigh. The home is under construction, and will be open to the public for two weekends on April 4, 5, 6 and 11,12,13.
The tour is FREE, but contibutions are encouraged to benefit the Children Services. Staff from Wake Med will be in the home to assist you. Thank you for your support!

Hours: The Home is open on Fridays & Saturdays: Noon - 5 pm, and Sundays 1pm - 5 pm. Address; 11321 Royal Amber Way, Raleigh (North area). Private Group showings are available. Contact us to discuss.
Directions: From 540, exit onto Six Forks Road (North), Trake a Right on Durant Road, Take a left on Brassfield, Take a left on Honeycutt Road. Rose Hall Development will be on your left. Turn into Rose Hall and continue down the main road until the 2nd Right (Royal Amber Way). Home is on the left in the Cul-du-sac.
